Instead of thinking the thoughts of misery, think 'I am happy... I am well... and I am serving God now, this very moment by being calm, confident, and caring...'

Instead of carrying the burden of duties, simply just do them without a thought... without the desire of the return of love...

Instead of praying to God for this one and that one... For this thing and that thing, simply thank Him and say, "You are, O Lord, there, blessing all... gracing all... loving all... and I thank You for the simple thought that You are there, and I have come to simply know that... live that... love that... and realize that...
